What conditions do you treat?

I support individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, and a wide range of behavioral health concerns. My goal is to provide care that feels compassionate, collaborative, and grounded in evidence based practice.

Are virtual visits available?

Yes, you can choose either in person or virtual appointments. I offer both so you can get care in whatever way feels most comfortable and convenient.

How is care provided?

Your care is centered around you. I take a trauma informed and holistic approach that includes psychiatric assessment, psychotherapy, and medication management when appropriate. We work together to build a plan that supports your mental health and long term wellness.
